Festival
How is my ticket money used?
The festival is operated by the Arsha Kula Foundation (www.arshakulafoundation.org) a registered UK Charity (1171708). All funds received through ticket sales, product sales and donations are solely for the benefit of the charity. Any profit is ploughed back into the charity to enable it to deliver more in the future.
What does the festival cover?
The festival covers all aspects of Yoga. Apart from Yoga postures from many of the top lineages, there are classes and talks on pranayama, meditation, non-duality, ayurveda, health and wellness, chanting, kirtan and music concerts from top musicians every evening.

30 July - 2 August 2026
Do I need to have experience in yoga?
No, you don’t need experience of yoga. We offer a huge variety of classes to suit everyone’s needs. Our experienced teachers will always check beginners in class and take care of you.
Any rules on conduct I should know about?
Attendees are expected to dress appropriately (nudity is not allowed) and keep noise to a minimum around the teaching tents. Food is not allowed in the tents but you may take bottles of water. Traditionally, when listening to a talk it is considered disrespectful to a teacher to (a) lie down in class, (b) point one’s feet at the teacher and/or (c) use a mobile phone. World Yoga Festival is alcohol-free, drug-use is not permitted and we are a vegetarian event.
Where do I get a programme?
You will be able to download the programme from the web site in the days leading up to the festival (this may be subject to change). Alternatively, printed programmes will be available at the festival Box Office.
What are my transport options getting to the event?
You may arrive by car, train or air. There are options for parking on site (subject to a parking fee). The nearest station is Henley-on-Thames. There will be a shuttle minivan for the short >2.5-mile journey from Henley station to the event for a fee of £3 payable to the driver. The event is within 2 hours from most major UK airports.
Can I have a drink on site?
We are a drug and alcohol-free festival and security will be briefed to honour this and offenders may be ejected from the site without compensation.
Do I have to bring my own water?
There is plenty of fresh drinking water available on site but we do recommend that you bring your own re-usable water bottles.
What is your recycling policy?
We have a 100% recycling policy. All waste placed in the rubbish bins is sorted by hand off-site before being recycled by our waste contractor. You are encouraged to take your waste home with you and leave the site as you found it.

When can I arrive at the event?
Gates open at 5pm on Thursday and last entry each evening is strictly 9pm. 4-day pass-holders may gain access to the campsite from 3pm on Thursday. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the entry gate opens at 6.30am and last entry is at 9pm each day. If you arrive after this time, you will not be able to enter until 6.30am the following morning.
Can I leave the event and return to it later?
Yes, so long as you return to site before 9pm and or after 6.30am. Exit is permitted at any time. Please note that the safety of your possessions and camping equipment at the event is your own responsibility. If you leave, intending to return later, you are advised to leave someone looking after your tent.
I have a disability; can I still come to the festival?
We have disabled access toilets, all access to outside structures are at ground level, but on fields that may inhibit movement.
Tickets
What is included in the ticket?
The ticket includes all workshops, sessions, concerts and camping - everything except food and beverages. Bookings for individual classes are not required and are offered on a first-come-first served access basis to the venue marquees. Please arrive in good time to your chosen session.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You must show a copy of your e-ticket, but this can be either printed or shown on your mobile phone. Please print, download or screenshot your e-tickets in advance so that you have it ready for scanning on arrival.
Do I need a car park ticket in advance?
Please book your car parking pass online in advance via our ticketing page where they are offered at a discount. Car passes will also be available to buy at the gate but we recommend pre-booking in order to avoid the queues.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you may update your registration details via our ticketing partner.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
All tickets/passes are strictly non-transferrable with no refunds offered. You may change the name on your ticket provided you notify the organisers of the name change.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are strictly non-refundable. If World Yoga Festival is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, tickets will be rolled over to the rescheduled dates which may be the following year. If you are unable to make the rescheduled dates, you may seek an exchange redeemable against a future instalment of World Yoga Festival. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds in any situation. If the festival is cancelled without rescheduled dates, a refund may be offered at the organiser’s discretion for an admin fee of £25 per ticket.
I have bought tickets but I don’t want to camp, can I get a reduction on my ticket price?
No, the price of camping on a bring-your-own tent basis is included in the ticket price but camping is optional.
Can I roll-over tickets after purchase?
No ticket roll-overs permitted in any circumstance.
Children
Is the festival child friendly?
Yes. We are drug and alcohol-free and it is a safe and nurturing environment. There is a dedicated family area with full programme of children’s activities.
Can I leave my children at the festival?
No. Everyone under 16 has to be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
What do I do if I lose my child?
Make contact with the nearest steward or go to the on-site Info Tent.
Accommodation
Do I have to camp?
Apart from camping in your own tent, there are pre-pitched tents and Glamping options on site. There are also many hotels and B&B as well as Youth Hostels suggested on our accommodation page.
If I have a parking ticket, can I exit the site and re-enter?
Yes, your car parking ticket allows unlimited exit and re-entry if you wish to stay off-site overnight, provided re-entry is within the opening hours of 6.30am and 9pm. Exit is permitted at any time.
What time do I have to leave by?
All 4-day festival pass holders have to leave by 9am on Monday 3rd August 2026. Please note that toilets/showers will only be operational until 8am on Monday 3rd August 2026. 1-day pass holders must leave by 11pm on the day of their attendance.
Are caravans and trailer tents allowed?
Yes, but an additional charge applies. You can book passes via the ticket link.
Can I park my car and/or trailer next to my tent?
No, cars and trailers must be parked in the designated parking areas.
Can I park my car and/or trailer next to my tent during loading/unloading?
No, cars and trailers must be parked in the designated parking areas for health and safety reasons. Parking is approximately 200m from the camp site with not far to walk.
Can I camp on the night before if I have a day ticket?
No. Your day ticket gives you access to the event from 6.30am till 11pm on that day only.
Campervans / Trailer tents
Only one ticket is required per caravan / campervan / trailer tent, however, all occupants must be in possession of a valid festival ticket. A campervan pass allows parking within a 7m x 5m plot and vehicles must not exceed this allocated space.
Are electric hook-ups available?
Yes, a limited number of campervan passes with power hook-ups can be booked via the ticket link.
Are personal generators permitted?
No, personal generators are not permitted.
Is there food on site?
Yes, there are a number of quality food stalls on-site providing a range of tasty vegetarian food with vegan options. The stalls provide food for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as cold and hot drinks of many varieties throughout the day.
Can I bring and cook my own food?
Yes, you may bring and cook food on a small stove. Open fires and BBQs are not allowed for fire safety reasons. This will be strictly enforced and anyone found with an open fire may be ejected from the festival without compensation.

Is there mobile signal?
The site is rural so finding a signal can be a challenge. There is patchy signal. Best to turn phones off when not in use as it taxes battery to search for signal.
Can I charge my mobile phone?
There are facilities at the Box Office to charge mobile phones for a small fee (subject to availability).
Is there an ATM?
There is no ATM on-site and you are encouraged to bring sufficient cash and/or cards with you. There are opportunities to withdraw small amounts from bank cards at the Box Office for a charge of £3 per withdrawal (subject to availability).
