I’m a trained sound therapist and yogic meditation facilitator, deeply interested in the many ways in which sound and meditation can enhance physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. My motto is “through sound, find inner silence”.
With a continuous stream of noise and distraction in our daily lives, I believe it's important that we find silence and focus within ourselves. Through the sounds of therapeutic instruments, such as the rich and earthy gong, I offer a gateway to deep relaxation, stillness, presence, and awareness. This becomes an opportunity to connect with self in meditation, or to simply rest and revitalise the mind and body.
