Benjamin Parkes, otherwise known as YogaBen, is a 39-year-old yoga teacher. He lives with his fiancée and three young children in a Victorian three-storey house in Trowbridge, from where he runs the YogaBen business teaching yoga in Wiltshire and Somerset. He teaches Hatha yoga, drawing on many of the available traditional yoga practices in his classes and workshops. He trained for two years with the Traditional Yoga Association and qualified in 2008. He trains yoga teachers on behalf of the TYA and runs courses, workshops, retreats and a free YouTube channel, YogaBenTV.
