Jo is a trained Early Years Educator who shares her love of yoga with children. Her sessions are a gentle invitation for young children to experience yoga and mindfulness through play, storytelling and singing. She focuses on inclusion and connection, ensuring the sessions incorporate the children’s own imaginative ideas with lots of fun and laughter.
