In “Gods own country”, North and South, by the Himalayan mountains and in Kerala
my life’s journey, meaning and connection began.

I was introduced to Yoga many years ago while suffering from illness and chronic
back pain. During the first yoga practice I felt I was being dealt a helping hand from
the universe. This new exciting, yet calming practice offered changed my life
forever.

At last, a feeling of wholeness. I fit in, sound familiar?

A life experience can help us deliver and endow others with hope, balance and strength so armed with the opportunity to empower and share my passion when belief in myself and yoga grew exponentially so I took flight to India for Yoga Teacher Training.

In the Ashrams of India, my life’s training and self practice truly began as I immersed myself, guided by some of the most dedicated teachers and acharyas in the world.

Sivananda Hatha Yoga was to be my discipline, and I very much look forward to sharing Swami Sivananda’s & Swami Vishnudevananda’s global inspiration with you.

I remain a keen student and more recently my journey led me to offering sound bath therapy with my wind and Nepalese gongs a unique experience where frequency vibrations awaken the soul with internal electricity resetting your deepest consciousness and sense of revitalisation.

Inhale, and Life approaches you. Hold the inhalation, and Life remains with you.
Exhale, and you approach a new moment. Hold the exhalation, and surrender to
contentment. Vimala
