Sadhana Workshop: The Practice That Practices You (Spirituality + Personal Practice )
Sadhana is the daily spiritual practice that keeps us aligned, resilient, and awake to our own lives. Sadhana builds mental and physical strength and it is a cornerstone of the life path of Yoga.
In this class, we will explore what Sadhana truly is, why it matters, and how to create a practice that is sustainable and alive. Through guided discussion, Kriya, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, you will experience Sadhana as a living technology—one that tunes the nervous system, clarifies the mind, and connects us to something greater than ourselves.

Spirituality and Emotional Maturity: The Importance of Growing Up While We Are Waking Up
Spiritual awakening without emotional maturity can reinforce ego and keep us stuck. True spirituality requires not only waking up to higher states of consciousness, but also growing up into emotional responsibility, relational intelligence, and embodied presence.
In this lecture, Tommy explores the integration of awakening and maturity—so insight becomes wisdom, and transcendence becomes grounded in service to the need of the moment. This is a very relevant and powerful topic for anyone looking to embody and live by the virtues that become available to us through yoga/spiritual practice.

The Bliss Pill (Vinyasa into Kriya)
This “no cell will be left behind” yoga class is an exploration of joy as a state of integration. It celebrates the simple miracle of being in a body - alive, sensing, and responsive. This is pure presence at the intersection of Here and Now.
Guided by music, mantra, and song, we begin with Vinyasa Flow to warm the body from the inside out. Then, we move into Kriya to organize energy and focus awareness. The intention is coherence - bring the body, breath, and nervous system into harmony.
This class asks two essential questions:
How much joy can you allow yourself to feel while staying grounded?
What changes when you trust that, at a deeper level, everything may actually be okay?
Come as you are. Leave even more so.
