Through guided sessions, she will teach participants how to chant simple yet powerful Sanskrit mantras and explain how specific mantras can support different physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Her sessions will also include mantra listening meditations, allowing participants to experience the subtle power of sound and vibration. These sessions will be interactive and experiential, with space to reflect and share personal experiences of how mantra practice influences awareness, calmness, and overall well-being.
