Lamorna O'Toole

Lamorna is a sound healing facilitator and meditation guide, creating spaces that help people slow down and reconnect with themselves.
She is trained in somatic meditation and is a certified sound healing practitioner. Her work is rooted in nervous system awareness, blending sound and somatic guidance to support deep rest and regulation.
With a calm and accessible approach, Lamorna’s sessions are designed for busy minds and full lives - offering a way into meditation that doesn’t rely on effort or “doing it right,” but instead invites you out of the noise of the mind and back into the body.
Class Description -
Embodied Sound for Deep Rest
Using instruments including crystal bowls, chimes, and gong as gentle anchors for attention, this experience supports the nervous system in softening out of the constant activity of the mind and into a deeper state of rest.
Rather than trying to clear the mind or “do” meditation, participants are invited to simply listen, feel, and allow the body to settle in its own way.
This is a practice of deep rest, accessible and grounded. Open to all, whether you are new to meditation or looking to experience it in a more embodied way.
