Meditation in Motion: Yoga & Qigong for Inner Balance
This class weaves together yoga and qigong in a gentle, flowing practice designed to harmonise body, breath, and energy. Beginning with a short breathing meditation, the practice unfolds through meridian-inspired movement and mindful transitions, guiding participants toward inner balance and embodied calm. Drawing on traditional principles and playful, animal-inspired forms, the class invites curiosity, presence, and ease. Accessible and grounding, this session is suitable for all levels.

Restore & Balance: A Yin Yoga Journey
This Yin Yoga practice offers a quiet, restorative journey into stillness and deep release. Gentle, long-held postures encourage the softening of physical tension and the settling of the nervous system. With time and mindful attention, participants are invited to listen inwardly and restore balance in both body and mind. Suitable for all levels, this session provides a grounding pause within the festival’s rhythm and supports deep rest and renewal.
