Ailie Tam (Yoga Rewild) bio

Ailie is a yoga and somatic teacher, qualified sound practitioner, Celtic ceremony space-holder, and founder of Yoga Rewild, with a background in health behaviour research and social work. Her work is rooted in fostering deep connection to natural rhythms, life cycles, and our relationship with the living world. Blending Hatha yoga, somatic practices, and sound, Ailie draws on the energies of the lunar cycle, the seasons, and Celtic wisdom to create grounding, earth-honouring experiences that support deep listening, restoration, and a return to our wild, intuitive nature.

Celtic Yoga (class description)

Blending Hatha Yoga with Celtic wisdom in a relatable way to connect with Spirit and Mother Earth. In Celtic Yoga we locate ourselves within the solar and lunar cycles and tune in to our own individual life rhythm. We send our roots down to connect with the wisdom of the land, and warm and open the body to the energies of the natural world that interconnects us. This is an inclusive and adaptable practice for individuals to explore their inner landscape and the natural rhythms that shape our outer world. The yoga practice will build to a peak then descend back to earth, culminating in a relaxation to pure sounds from ancient instruments. This session will leave you feeling grounded, connected and attuned to energies at this point in the Celtic Wheel of the Year.
