Lisa is the founder and Main teacher at Sole 2 Soul Yoga which runs studios near Birmingham with classes in person and on Zoom. She teaches retreats and workshops on vinyasa flow and hatha yoga, handstands, yin yoga and meditation. A keen philosophy student, the ancient techniques and philosophy are part of every session and can transform your life. Lisa has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and her style is light hearted, inclusive and accessible although she will always challenge you to your fullest potential! She is passionate about passing on her enthusiasm and love for yoga.
