Mindful Juggling hosted by Life Juggling
In this workshop we will be looking at the importance of self-reflection and how to use our breath to support ourselves through new challenges. By using play and juggling skills in a non-threatening way we will look at our own self talk and how we compare ourselves to others while learning a new skill. After this workshop you will know how to juggle three balls with the knowledge to go away and practise and even pass on your new skill to your friends and family.
