Since qualifying as a Children’s Yoga Teacher, a Teen Yoga Teacher and an Adult (Sivananda) Yoga Teacher, Katie has continued to study and gain further qualifications in Yoga Therapy for PTSD, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Awareness of Mental Health, Yoga for Cancer, Mental Health Awareness for Sport & Physical Activity and the Warriors at Ease program (training specially to deliver techniques and trauma informed protocol, supporting the health, resilience and connection of the entire military community, both serving personnel and veterans).
After 20 years in the Corporate World, Katie has also studied as a Nutritional Therapist, Lifestyle Coach and Massage Therapist and these teachings are weaved into all of her classes, courses and workshops as Katie strongly believes in a healthy, holistic approach to life.
All of Katie’s (adult), yoga classes focusing on Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga focusing on the Nervous System,, Pranayama, Asana, Yogic Philosophy, Mediation, Mindfulness, Relaxation, Health & Wellbeing.
Katie lives in Devon and runs various Yoga, Health & Wellbeing Workshops & Courses focusing on; Mental Health & Wellbeing, Trauma & PTSD, Sleep, Digestion, Stress, Cancer and Bereavement to name a few. Katie also teaches privately, in studios, in gyms, primary and secondary schools, a local hospital and with local military personnel
