Echo is a yoga teacher based in Central London, she has been teaching for over 5 years and practicing yoga for nearly 12 years.
She turned to yoga as path of recovery from depression and disordered eating and knew it was a tool to help heal her form these past traumas.
Over the years Echo has fallen more in love with every aspect of yoga, from the physical practice to the subtle spiritual parts of the practice.
Echo has trained in various schools of Yoga including Yogasana (200hrs), Hot Yoga (200hrs), Ashtanga Vinyasa (200hrs) and Yin (50hrs) and two massages trainings (Thai Yoga Massage and Holistic Deep Tissue) to develop her skills in both anatomy and assisting.
Echo’s teaching style is playful and creative, she incorporates many aspects of the practice to suit and cater to all her students, she has a very keen eye of detail to ensure the practitioners work into the poses safely. Expect to build strength and flexibility, laugh and to embrace falling and wobbling out of postures.
Echo’s aim is to encourage and inspire more people to experience the wonderful benefits of yoga and most importantly enjoy not taking yourself to seriously in the practice.
