Charlotta Martinus is founder and director of the Teen Yoga charity (since 2004) that brings yoga to teens worldwide. Her book “Teenyoga for yoga therapists” was published in 2018 and she was awarded the prestigious Master pf Yoga award (yoga international) as a result of her work with 100 of thousands of young people across the world. Her courses are recognised by the Duke of Edinburgh Award and also the College of Medicine. She is a regular contributor at education conferences, the BBC and for yoga magazines worldwide. The charity also conducted the largest research programme on yoga for young people in the West, showing improvement in wellbeing, social cohesion and sleep.
