I am a highly qualified and experienced Yoga teacher and scholar, I run the Gift of India Yoga School in Exmouth Devon, been a BWY teacher and Teacher Trainer since 30 years, specialise in Yoga philosophy and Sanskrit and am the author of the book - Pranayama Lost in Translation. I am happy to travel around the country to give workshops and talkson the original pranayama as I have uncover it from the old Sanskrit texts and experience it in my practice and teaching my students.
