Alison runs Just BE Sound and Movement Therapy and Ecstatic Dance Berkshire, hosting regular dances, sound baths, retreats, and Medicine Dance outdoor community gatherings. She qualified in Sound and Movement Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST).

A five-year episode of chronic pain was the catalyst for her exploration of consciousness, the human condition, and self-healing. She has continued to explore the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

After a fifteen-year career supporting people with mental health and other challenges, she chose to create a business more aligned with her purpose—bringing people together to heal, grow, and connect.
