Aleigh Dindar

Aleigh has been teaching for almost 20 years and trained with The Traditional Yoga Association under the guidance and beautiful principles taught by Swami Ambikananda.
Drawn to yoga through a lifelong spiritual searching, Aleigh first stepped into a yoga class almost by accident — and walked out feeling completely different, as if she had just taken the most refreshing shower. That simple yet profound experience of clarity and renewal set her on a path of practice, study, and service that continues to unfold.
Alongside yoga, Aleigh is a licensed acupuncturist with a degree in Chinese Medicine, as well as an Indian head massage therapist and bodyworker. Her work brings together movement, breath, touch, and quiet presence, offering spaces for people to soften, reconnect, and remember something essential within themselves.

Yin Yoga class 1 — Earth Element: From Restlessness to Resonance
Yin practice for Late Summer, drawing on the Earth element and Aleigh’s personal journey with neurodiversity. Through long-held postures, breath, and stillness, awareness is invited to settle and be nourished rather than restrained. Working with the Stomach and Spleen meridians the class supports safety, ease, and integration. Original music and a closing Yoga Nidra leave participants feeling steady, replenished, and deeply held.
Yin Yoga class 2— Root Chakra: Returning to the Ground
A deeply grounding Yin practice focused on the Root chakra (Muladhara) and the stabilising qualities of the Earth element. Through long-held, supported postures, conscious breath, and subtle awareness of Mula Bandha, the practice invites a sense of safety and containment, allowing energy to settle and gently align along the Sushumna Nadi, the central channel of awareness. The class closes with a nourishing Yoga Nidra, leaving participants feeling rooted, steady, and deeply at ease.
