ACCOMMODATION
The World Yoga Festival site at Henley Showground, part of the Culden Faw Estate in Henley-on-Thames, has ample space available for camping, has ample space available for camping. Entry for full Thursday-Sunday pass-holders includes camping - sorry, no dogs allowed (except assistance dogs). You are encouraged to bring your own tent and quality toilets and showers will be close at hand. Drinking water will be available on site. We have a NO open fire and NO barbecue policy. Please ensure you recycle wherever possible and leave no trace in this area of natural beauty.
The festival opens at 5pm on Thursday 1st August 2024 and pitches will be available no earlier than this time. For an addition charge, you may bring and use your own camper van (no hook up available).
The festival maximises the whole day and there are activities going on from 7.00am in the morning till 10.00pm at night. Participants are encouraged to stay on site to take full advantage of the variety of activities offered. All campers must leave the site by 10am on Monday 5th August 2024.
Tee&Toast Glamping village
Treat yourself to a luxury bell tent for a sumptuous glamping experience with Tee&Toast, all within the World Yoga Festival glamping village which has its own toilet and shower facilities.
Nestle into your own cotton canvas 5m bell tent and enjoy the stress-free environment of a pop-up hotel experience whilst still being immersed within the festival grounds. From a cosy king bed with fresh cotton linen, to Moroccan rugs and boho cushions. These are just a few of your luxury tent additions.
On-site hotel accommodation at Henley Conference Centre & Hotel
If you are NOT the camping type, our new site at Greelands Park boasts luxury, on-site rooms available to book at the Henley Conference Centre & Hotel. There are 50 rooms including some with disabled facilities. All rooms are en-suite & include a safe, trouser press, laptop connection with free Wi-Fi access, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with radio, Molton Brown toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities and a hair dryer.

Camplight - pre-pitched tent hire
Camplight is a pre-pitched, community feel campsite within a boundary in the public campsite at World Yoga Festival. Everything will be ready for your arrival, a range of furnishings and extras are available in a wonderful range of festival tents. Camplight is a circular economy company that has been set up with the intention of clearing up events and funds collected will go to that cause.
Some of the benefits Camplight bring to the modern Yogi include: pre-pitched tent ready and waiting for you on arrival; no carrying camp equipment or setting up tents; travel light; eco-friendly and cost effective! The prices are set as the low as possible because Camplight want to prevent people bringing tents and not taking them away with them!
Camplight is not glamping or boutique, but they do promise customers the following:
- More or less flat ground
- Not too far from the action
- A short walk (but not too Close!) to water and loos
- Tent-side rubbish and recycling bins
- Friendly Camplight staff around each day.
